Due to all the requests for more information on the ‘middy’ haircut I mentioned in my previous videos, as well as my constant need for change, I just went ahead and got it done! This video is a bit long-winded but basically, it discusses the different reasons to get a ‘middy’ haircut as well as the options once you have it. If you have any other questions, let me know. I’m going to post another vid today showing one way of styling the cut so you can see that is does have the authentic 1940′s look. Special thanks to Lisa at Studio 25 Salon in Carthage Tn!

This is a 10-minute tutorial for a 1940s-inspired vintage updo with victory rolls, a shell bang, and flowers. Great for a pinup look, as well. I learned a LOT from Iris’ videos here on youtube. Thanks, Iris! Enjoy!!
